
Catherine is a partner and seasoned litigator at Wan and Leung. She obtained her law degree from the University of Leeds in 1999 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2002. Catherine joined the firm in 2001 when she was a trainee and has since developed a strong practice in civil litigation, particularly in employees’ compensation, personal injuries, insurance-related disputes and matrimonial matters. Catherine represents both claimants and insurers, advising on litigation, policy coverage, and risk management. She has over 20 years’ experience managing claims involving personal injuries, employees’ compensation, contractor all risks, and public liability. For her family practice, she regularly advises on divorce, maintenance, and child-related matters.
