Noel has been a partner of Wan and Leung, Solicitors since its establishment in 2001. She holds an LLB and PCLL from The University of Hong Kong, an LLM from the University of London, and an LLB from Peking University. Admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1994, she is a seasoned general practitioner, as well as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer and an Accredited Mediator. With extensive experience in civil litigation, Noel focuses on personal injury claims and employees’ compensation cases, representing both insurers and injured parties. Her practice also encompasses matrimonial matters, wills and probate, and conveyancing.
