
Noven has been admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 1993 and brings over 30 years of litigation experience. She is the founder and Senior Partner of our firm. She began her career in general practice, with a focus on personal injury, matrimonial and criminal work. In her early years, she also contributed to legal education as a part-time lecturer at The University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before founding the firm in 2001, she served as Head of Litigation at a leading Hong Kong law firm advising major PRC banks and corporate clients. During this time, she handled a broad range of banking and commercial disputes, while also developing a substantial personal injury practice acting for insurers. Her recent practice reflects a greater emphasis on claimant-side personal injury litigation, while continuing to act for defendants. Beyond her legal practice, she has served as an independent non-executive director of multiple listed companies in Hong Kong, further strengthening her commercial insight.
